Yesterday, I spent the morning shopping. I had some time before I had to meet up with Fernando, so I decided to get lost in the city one last time, which happened to be the best decision I have made in Sevilla.
Somehow, I came across a church in Plaza de la Magdalena that I passed by two days ago. Last time, the church was closed due to construction, remodeling, or something like that. So this time, I went in, and I think it was by far the most awe-inspiring thing I have seen in Sevilla. I do not know how to describe the splendor of this church, so I will let you see it yourself:
After that, I decided to take another visit to Plaza de España because the weather was nice! There was not a lot of people like last time, however.
Finally, time to leave. This morning, I woke up and finally watched Shutter Island with Fernando. Before I left, of course, we played our last game of Guitar Hero (Sex on Fire and Du Hast are our go-to songs). It has been a wonderful week spending time in Sevilla with a good friend - thank you Fernando!
